With a background in corporate marketing and an entrepreneurial spirit, selling real estate comes naturally to Meredith. She is an active Realtor® member in the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors®. She works diligently in the Foothills and Denver Metro areas, having found her passion for helping clients and creating a culture of positivity. She focuses where she lives in Evergreen, Colorado and surrounding mountain neighborhoods. She is always pursuing new education goals and is a Certified Mountain Area Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert.

Prior to her career in real estate, Meredith ran a small graphics and marketing company from her home or from her sailboat in the Sea of Cortez. After selling most of their belongings, Meredith and her husband, Tim, moved aboard their Cal 35 Sloop based near La Paz, B.C.S., Mexico. They learned how to work together successfully day-in and day-out as they overcame many challenges. They still use this mentality with their investments in the real estate market today. Meredith and Tim, started renovating properties in 2011 and continue to work together on investment properties building a portfolio of rentals and complete top-to-bottom renovations. This has taught her to keep a keen eye on the market.

 

  • Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS): Prepared to effectively market and sell mountain and rural properties with unique features such as domestic and household wells, septic and leach fields, and fire mitigation concerns.
  • Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS): Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the top 10% of their residential markets and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market.
  • CLHMS Million Dollar GUILD: Luxury real estate professionals achieve GUILD recognition after having completed the luxury home sales and marketing training, becoming an Institute Member, earning the Certified Luxury Home Marketing SpecialistTM designation, and have documented performance in the million dollar and above residential market.
  • Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE): One of the top designation courses in real estate taught nationally by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. Advanced training in professional negotiation and business building.
